Our award-winning FitCamp program is designed to help you achieve results while feeling great, body and mind!
Sm Group Virtual- Strength Based Training
2 times a week over zoom Coaches Tracey & Hollywood
Monday and Wednesdays at 7pm
Part 1: Jan 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, Feb 1 (4 weeks
Part 2: Feb 6, 8, 13, 15, 22, 27, Mar 1 (4 weeks)
Part 3: Mar 6, 8, 20, 22, 27, 29, Apr 3, 5 (4 weeks)
*There is no class on Family Day (Feb 20) or March Break (Mar 13-17)
*Please note: we require a minimum of 5 participants to run the small group sessions.

What KFW Virtual FitCamp Includes

What if I miss a LIVE workout?
No problem. All virtual workouts are hosted live for members to interact with their coach but they are also available as a replay for the entire length of your program.
Replays are shared within 24 hours of scheduled live workout.
What do I need?
All you need to bring is 2 dumbells with you. Sometimes your coach will let you know if you need to bring a household item, like a chair or broomstick.
What size dumbbells?
How heavy your dumbbells should be depends on your current fitness/strength level. Most members bring 10, 12 or 15lbs.
